This day is an invitation to honor the inner artist and dance through the medicine wheel, meeting the four archetypes. In these times we need creativity to guide us into new ways of being. You will meet your own medicine through movement and also have space to integrate, to write and draw or paint if you like. Also we will practice „Resting the dancer“, do some body work, deep relaxation and shamanic journey guided by drumming and song.

Tanzraum Warteck has a unique artistic atmosphere and you are welcome to bring yourself as you are.
